BRAND AMBASSADORS
Since 2016 we have been proud to be represented by a high-quality team of
Brand Ambassadors who share the same passion for the British countryside as us.
Our Brand Ambassadors play an important role in representing the Sporting Hares story. They
are advocates to our products and our brand, promoting us throughout their day-to-day lives
and the many events they attend both to compete and enjoy. A Brand Ambassador will be a socially active person with a high reputation amongst their circles.
GBR Shooter. Georgina Roberts currently shoots for Great Britain and Wales. Georgina has shot Olympic Trap for the last two years and is now looking to transition to the senior team. She is part of GB and Wales training programmes and is highly motivated in working towards her dream of going to the Olympic Games. In order to achieve her dream, she has opted to attend the Open University to study a part time business degree enabling her to train and compete to a high standard.
Prolific Game Shooter & Blogger. A keen and self taught photographer, published writer and blogger his pictures and writings have attracted a large following and respect amongst his peers. Being raised on the Suffolk Essex border amongst a rural setting Jay is the true countryman. His passion lies with field sports and the great British countryside. Since the explosion in social media platforms he now seeks to inspire and share his passion with others.
Eventer. Having had the eventing bug since the age of 13, Harriet has enjoyed the journey up from BE90 through to making the JRN team for Wales & Borders in 2010. After completing a three year course at Oxford Brookes, graduating in History of Art it was not long until the countryside, horses and competition life tempted her back to the yard where she currently competes her mother's home-bred Four Ashes youngsters.
Photographer. Throughout her childhood it was quite clear that Heather liked three things: being outside, taking photographs & shopping…and not much has changed since then! These past couple of years Heather has really been able to enjoy all three of her favourite things. Heather has also been working really hard on her photography and has had some amazing opportunities to work with incredible people and brands.
Clay Shooter & Ladies Shooting Advocate. Jaime lives in the beautiful Somerset countryside just south of Bath and is an advocate for ladies shooting and with her blog, social media and general presence in the field. She tries to encourage as many women as possible to take up the sport. Aside from shooting Jaime loves to spend time rearing her rare breed ducks and geese on her smallholding; and training her lovable Golden Retriever, Ivy, is a forever ongoing process.
Farmer's Daughter. Charlie is a country girl right down through to her wellies! Knowing she's so lucky to have such a beautiful landscape on her door step, Charlie loves embracing the changes that Mother Nature brings each season and capturing them with her camera. Despite being surrounded by guns her whole life, Charlie is eager to improve her skills & knowledge in all forms of shooting, including driven game days, decoying, and roost.
Team GBR Skeet Shooter. Jack is a member of the Great Britain Olympic Skeet Shooting Team; proud and delighted to have been selected to shoot for Team England for the Commonwealth Games 2018. University student at RAU and a member of RAU shooting team. Triple British champion in Olympic Skeet and British Record Holder. Shooting since 2013 Olympic Skeet.
Equestrian & Canine Photographer. Stephanie can often be found working for the official event photographers in a show ring, arena or on a cross-country course at many of the big events such as Crufts, Royal Windsor, HOYS as well as British Eventing competitions from JAS/Grassroots levels up to 3* Internationals like Bramham, Belton and Osberton. She is also a keen clay shooter and member of the Shotgun & Chelsea Bun Club.
Countryside Blogger. Constantly torn between heels and wellies on a daily basis and often found with hay in her hair, Andrea brings a glimpse of her life and adventures in the country, with her 3 dogs and 3 horses as well as her favourite fashion and beauty finds. She also loves to recreate the latest trends and celeb looks with her popular ‘ways to wear’ series. Andrea is thrilled to be representing Sporting Hares, a company which oozes class yet with a modern twist.
British Showjumper and Dairy Farmer. Britt has been into all things country since she was a child. Starting riding at the age of 3, she quickly developed a bug for showing. Britt has competed at the royal international in 2015, and aims to compete there again. She thoroughly enjoys showing up and down the country. Britt purchased some cattle, having a keen passion for agriculture and aims to also compete them at shows around the country. She is a through and through country lass!
Eventer. Hillside Eventing is a small international event yard of 10 boxes, enabling Sarah to offer each competition, producing, sales, holiday and schooling liveries one to one attention which she am passionate about. Building relationships with every horse enables Sarah to bring out the best in each, with a small string aiming for a step up to advanced and 3* qualifications as well as pushing on for British Dressage.
Eventer. Madison is a Canadian 3 star event rider aiming to represent Canada in the 2020 Olympics. After graduating with a BA in Business she has partnered in beginning Double Clear Eventing, a business focused on the development and sale of elite horses. “Sporting Hares puts quality and style into their products that are timeless. Once I put on any of their products I can’t take it off, I’m so in love!”
Countryside and Shooting Blogger. Kate came to the shooting scene a little later than most but fell in love with the wonderful sport from 'pull!'. With a career in London and a hobby in the field, having those key staple items are a must for any lady gun. She is passionate about encouraging more women to both clay and game shooting with the style to match. "Sporting Hares have nailed the combination of dressing well and practicality, not only for shooting, but for everyday too."
British Countryside Fashion Blogger. Charlotte spends her free time blogging and exploring the rural local countryside with her two hounds. As a style influencer she is particularly fond of British country wear clothing and her regular fashion updates are set to inspire, influence and encourage women to also look fabulous in country wear.
Founder of In The Country. All round country bumpkin, avid equestrian and welly wearer, Hollie is also a passionate and determined young entrepreneur, starting up the well-known countryside magazine 'In The Country'. Aside from blogging and piecing together her magazine title, Hollie enjoys spending time in the saddle, immersing herself in quality time with her incredibly supportive family, 'tractor dates' with her partner and their incredibly gorgeous new black Labrador puppy - Bella.
Dressage. Born in an equestrian family, Liesbeth started riding at the age of 6 and today, horsesport is still her all-time passion. After graduating from law school, Liesbeth has always wanted to work in the equestrian industry, and so commenced training dressage horses and advanced to becoming a dressage judge. She loves to work with stallions and is always eager to learn more about the art of classical horsemanship.
Beef & Arable Farmer. From a farming background, Emma is relishing the year ahead as a Brand Ambassador. Emma is currently working on the family farm in Dorset, farming beef and arable. Prior to this she studied agriculture at Kingston Maurward and has since completed a level 4 BASIS course in crop production.
Eventer & Oxford University Research Technician. Lucy is a talented Grassroots British Eventer with her 16.1 piebald, Riley, competing at BE100. Her 2016 season has kicked off well with sub-25's in Dressage and two 3rd places overall to qualify for the Regional finals. Based in Oxfordshire, Lucy spends her weekends on the Eventing circuit, progressing towards her aim of competing at the Mitsubishi Motors Cup at Badminton.
England Home Pony Chef d'Equipe. Specialising in Show Jumping, Mia is a British Show Jumping accredited coach, UKCC Level 3 coach, coach educator, lead coach for several academies and produces horses and riders both nationally and internationally, whilst also being a part of the national pathway for coaching excellence. With success at the Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships, as well as County, International and Grand Prix accolades, Mia will be proudly representing Sporting Hares.
Eventer. A band ambassador since 2016, Lydia toured the country in her Beauchamp which everyone loves. Having taken Jac from 80-100 in the last few seasons she is now looking to step up to Novice in 2018. Mission 2018 - look smart and stay on!
